colouring in

From my last sketchbook, which is packed full of good stuff not many people have seen. most of the stuff, i haven't been able to do this year. I don't know if its the feel of the sketchbook, or lack of engergy from full time work, or a different frame of mind....

I love the look of watercolour. Although I actually coloured this with guache and colouredpencil. Drawn with ballpoint pen, no roughs. I am surprised each time i look at it how easily it came because I wouldn't be able to replicate it now. I was in a certain frame of mind at the time of drawing it. God I wish I was paid to draw and paint. then I'd actually have the luxury of doing this fulltime. Imagine that!
